We are seeking an experienced, creative, and innovative drama educator responsible for running the Middle School Drama Program to begin Fall 2022.
Responsibilities:
Teaching 6th grade Foundations in Drama and two 7th/8th Elective Drama classes
Direct three main-stage drama productions including, but not exclusive to, managing production budgets, hiring, and supervising production staff for shows
Advisor for 10-11 students and able to teach provided SEL curriculum.
Collaborate well with the 6-12 Creative Arts Department and Middle School Grade Level Teams

Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of three years of teaching experience and significant experience in directing both dramatic and musical theater productions. Candidates must be comfortable working in a rigorous academic setting. A B.A. degree in a relevant field is required. A graduate degree and background working in the theater industry are desired but not required.
