Length of Program: August – May
Job Description: In collaboration with the Director of Campus Ministry, the Chaplain, and the other Youth Minister, the Youth Ministry Coordinator will coordinate and oversee the implementation of a Weekly Youth Group program on Sunday nights, as well as a once a month Youth Group meeting during Club Activity time during the school day. The Youth Ministry Coordinator is expected to attend every Weekly Youth Group Meeting. This is an hourly position. The Youth Ministry Coordinator reports to the Director of Campus Ministry.
Scope of Program:
Sunday Youth Group Meetings: 7:00pm to 8:30pm in the Chapel or Dominican Lounge with the Youth Ministers
Bi-Weekly – 9th & 10th Graders
Bi-Weekly – 11th & 12th Graders
(Will be adjusted for shorter months due to holidays, breaks, and finals.)
Once a month, all grade level Youth Group during Club Meeting time in the Chapel or Dominican Lounge with the Chaplain

Weekly Preparation:
-1 hour every week with the Youth Minister
-30 minute check-in with the Director of Campus Ministry/Chaplain every week (can be Zoom)
-30 minute set-up and 30 minute clean-up during Weekly Youth Group Meetings
Staffing: 3 Youth Ministers
-2 Youth Ministers for Weekly Youth Group Meetings
-Fr. Jim for All Grade Level Youth Group once a month
