Reports To: Executive Director, Quest Forward Academy, Santa Rosa

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary
Serves as primary point of contact with students and families from initial inquiry, through the application process, up through enrollment in Quest Forward Academy.  Actively engages with the local community to develop the interest funnel and to attract potential applicants to the Academy.  Manages Open Houses and other public informational events.  Coordinates marketing and outreach efforts with the central Opportunity Education-US team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to reach enrollment targets.  Engage in marketing efforts, including digital media, search, social media, direct mail, and other types of digital advertising. Plan and use targeted outreach efforts to build interest funnel to established goals at each level, and track activities against planned funnel data.
Community engagement: Organize community events designed to build awareness and support for the Academy, and activate community resources to grow awareness of the Academy.
Student recruitment: Identify target schools and community centers, present there and provide general information about Quest Forward Academy, meet with prospective students and families, answer questions about the school, plan and execute Open Houses, Shadow Days, and other information events. Track all contact information in the Academy CRM.
Application management: Move families through the application process, manage the online application system, collect supporting materials, schedule and conduct interviews with families, communicate requests for additional information from the Director, and communicate the results of applications to families.
Enrollment management: Once families have been admitted, play an active role in maintaining interest and moving them through the process of accepting the offer of admission and enrolling in Quest Forward Academy.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
This position requires:

Knowledge about secondary education and independent schools.
Familiarity with standard school application processes.  Familiarity with secondary school admissions and enrollment management preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Facility with marketing processes, social media and digital communication.
Outgoing, service-oriented approach.
Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, and willingness to do whatever tasks are required to see a job through to its successful completion.
Demonstrated independence and leadership skills are highly desirable as is the ability to work without close supervision, in dynamic and often unpredictable environments.

Ability to develop and follow work plans and to report quantitatively on progress is essential.

The position will work predominantly on campus though regular local travel in the area should be expected.  Ability to shift work to some weekends and evenings as necessary for events and presentations is required. 

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
