San Francisco Waldorf High School is looking for a Boys Soccer Head Coach and a Boys Soccer Assistant Coach to start in August 2024.
Fall Season: August 12 – November 16, 2024 Practice: Weekdays between 3:30 – 6:30 Games: Weekdays between 3:00 – 6:00
Head Coach Stipend: $4800 – $5400 depending on experience
Asst. Coach Stipend: $3200 – $3800 depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan practices, emphasizing the development of fundamental skills through positive feedback
- Must commit to all weekday practices and games
- Provide consistent communication with students, parents, fellow coaches, and supervisors
- Attend coaching clinics and meetings as required
- Provide active direction to the team during games
- Prepare starting lineup and substitutions
- Create and institute age-appropriate game strategy
- Learn and comply with NFHS/CIF/NCS league rules and procedures
- Additional duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of Soccer Coaching or teaching Physical Education
- Previous experience working with middle school or high school students
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in Waldorf education
- TB Assessment
- Livescan fingerprinting required
