● teaching 6th-grade math and science courses that help students achieve well-defined learning outcomes
● serving as an advisor to a small group of middle school students
● bringing their professional interests and passions for personal and collective growth to their work with students, colleagues, and the school community. For example…
○ collaborating with other educators and organizations to design and implement interdisciplinary projects
○ working closely with the Director of K-8 Teaching and Learning to examine and improve equitable assessment practices within the MS division and throughout the school

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology skills and familiarity with Google Classroom
3+ years of classroom teaching experience
Well-developed equity literacy skills
Familiarity with culturally responsive pedagogy and teaching practices
