The Carey School
The Carey School, a Preschool to 5th grade independent school in San Mateo, California is seeking a creative, energetic responsible long-term substitute assistant teacher. This role is a full time, temporary, non-exempt position working with a lead teacher, participating in classroom lessons and grade level planning. The ideal candidate will possess experience with elementary-aged children and prove to be adept with classroom management and lesson. Qualified candidates will have a love of children and knowledge of the developmental levels that span Kindergarten to fifth grade. Candidates in teaching programs, or those interested in a teaching career, are encouraged to apply.
