Executive Assistant to the Grand Secretary (CEO) & Project Manager                                                 May 2012-May 2018

·         Actively managed all key activities & administrative duties for a busy CEO, including travel arrangements, calendaring, correspondence, and expenses while maintaining visibility as one of the organization’s top producers of essential projects.

·         Lead project manager for the organization’s annual three-day user conference. Encompassed planning and execution of multiple daily sessions and events, meeting timeline and budgets.

·         Successfully produced many different versions of the comprehensive script used for this conference. Developed a detailed project & content plan to assist in tracking the hundreds of details that must be contained in the final versions. Streamlined distribution and cut the production time from 6 months to 3.

·         Filled in as Board Secretary for the 6 boards that meet at Grand Lodge, completing Board books, minutes and reviewing governance.

·         Led a cross departmental team in the production of the proceedings of the three-day conference. This annual record of the conference includes minutes of the yearly meeting and hundreds of pages of reporting. Took over leadership and management of this historical recording, saving more than six months in production time.

·         Held a leadership role from the very beginning to the final accounting of a large international conference (http://www.wcrmgl.com). Served as the central point of contact for the 25,000 invitees. Led the team through much of the event and focused mainly on building a registration tool in four languages that would allow me to track all registrations, accept payment and assist in all aspects of reporting data. Managed all logistics, event production, and ground transportation for the 1,500 attendees from 67 countries.

·         Negotiated contracts from 2016-2020 for 26 annual events held by Masons of California, in some cases bringing costs down up to 20% annually.

·         As a member of the Executive Cabinet, I made a visible impact on specific elements of the

organization’s Strategic Plan such as building Rewarding Member Experiences and driving Impact on Society.
